We started this week by getting to know each other. We played a few ice-breaker games to improve our confidence and simply have some fun!! We then moved on to today’s task which was considering different types of crime. This would be necessary as a murder was going to take place!! We spent the rest of the day working through a murder mystery game. We all had fun and practised our English!
To start the day we revised the vocabulary from the day before. We then recorded radio interviews with the journalist and a character from the game. Later, we played a game, that consisted of a story that the children had to complete. We did a quiz where there were some questions of the story and we had fun.
Today we went to the labyrinth park and saw what it had to offer. We had three different rounds which consisted of different challenges, questions and quizzes. I was especially pleased how everyone practised their English with me!! Well done!!
Today we started by talking about the problems at Sanfermines this year and discussed the ethics of the event and the actions of the participants. We then looked at what the purpose of a prison is and had to evaluate the different roles. We then completed a listening activity before creating our own version of cuarto milenio.
Today we continued working on our presentations, improving the grammar, fluency and accuracy when we speak. We practised this several times and reviewed what we had learnt this week. I would like to say a big well done to everyone for fantastic presentations!!
